K2-Computer Softwareentwicklung GmbH was established in 1993. In the recent years the company developed from being a pure hardware assembler for CAD-Systems to a software developer for CAD- and GIS systems and to a consulter for municipalities, surveying offices and engineering companies. In this relation, in 1994 the sales of CAD- and GIS-Software had been begun and in 1995 the company started the development of an own software product in the fields of geographic information systems. Since 1995 the company not only creates parts of it's hardware products themselves, but establishes all CAD-/GIS- software products as proprietary in-house developments. This guarantees that the highest quality requirements of the company are forming the basis for the whole product portfolio and not only for single applications.
IUS-ESTATE Legal Consulting for Construction and Engineering
IUS-ESTATE is the legal consulting office for the areas of public and private construction law, architectural and engineering law, and general works and service law for construction and engineering projects. The law office had been founded 2003 in Braunschweig by attorney-at-law Tobias Voigt, who was prior an in-house legal consultant to a project management company and then Head of 'Corporate Risk Management Central Europe' at the French Bureau Veritas Group in Hamburg.
